I had went to a different Zales the week before and had the worst customer experience, the lady who I spoke to at this location was amazing and really looked for the best experience for us. An engagement ring isn't cheap so you don't expect cheap customer service, she was phenomenal and we will definitely be seeing her again for all of our future purchases
