I did not go home but rather went to another US Social Security Admistration location. Everything went right in place. Information on my social security changed.
Service was pretty good. I waited 35 minutes to get a replacement card. The person who waited on me was actually very nice which surprised me. I was in and out within 45 minutes. They close right on the dot at 4:00 so get there early.
I gave a visit to this government agency location to change some of my social security information. The lady who entertained me should not be working there. She is not competent. Before I even go there I made a research to its website.
Bottom line: some people in the government seemed less knowledgeable on what they are suppose to be doing.
They are crazy
I wanted to change my citizenship. I brought along a US Passport and a US government ID. The lady told me that the documents I presented were lacking. She wanted my Naturalization Certification. I was disappointed because that meant I had to go back home to get the document she was looking for.
Not good. 90% of vets didn't get their benefits today. Nov.1 2016.
Computerized phone is horrid. Mostly men who want to get off on pretending to help people when they know that their website is still out of date and no answers from the people that need it.
