YES. It DOES matter where you get your keys cut. I've had more hassle at Home Depot cutting keys and finding they aren't cut properly and having to go back and return. No more. Keys cut perfectly every time with Fullmer.
They always do the job right. I used to live in the neighborhood, and started to go here when I became a landlord. I later moved away, and started to go to another locksmith. I returned to Fullmer, because the quality of their work is superior.
